Dr Naidoo juggled her busy full-time work at Austin Health and her family life with her study.

‘My case study was on introducing a credentialling system for senior medical staff and defining their scope of clinical practice at Austin Health,’ said Dr Naidoo.

The Fellowship involved completing a Masters Degree, a case study related to medical administration and completing an oral examination.
