101 best wishes

Brunswick public housing tenant Gisella Cianforlini has celebrated her 101st birthday surrounded by friends at the Shrivings Day Care Centre.

Mrs Cianforlini, a tenant at the Barkly Street high rise since 1987, attended the special celebration accompanied by her daughter Lydia.

She marked the day with her favourite meal—a bowl of pumpkin soup.

On behalf of the Department of Human Services North Melbourne, Housing Manager Valda Cupido presented Mrs Cianforlini with flowers and the best wishes of all at the Office of Housing.
